Special Requirements: Knowledge of the rules and regulations of soccer games. Knowledge and experience in providing training, motivation and preparation of soccer players for competitive soccer games in national and regional tournaments or leagues. Knowledge and experience in computerized soccer league management scheduling program. Experience in documenting and reporting of players and officials in national and regional soccer tournaments, games and events and training camps. Knowledge and experience in the East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) and Asian Football Confederation (AFC) electronic registration system for tournaments and other events will be given additional consideration. High school diploma with at least 24 months of work experience.

The job opportunity is a temporary , full-time position commencing on 01/21/2026 to 01/20/2029.
THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours
equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse , or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Observe Northern Mariana Islands (“NMI”) soccer national team players and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvements. Evaluate NMI soccer national team individual player’s abilities, physical fitness level and develop suitable training programs to meet any identified requirements. Teach proper soccer skills and techniques. Monitor NMI soccer national team players’ progress and adapt programs as needed. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations governing soccer and the use of the NMI Soccer Training Center. Instruct NMI soccer teams players in maintaining exertion levels to improve physical fitness. Teach and demonstrate use of soccer training equipment. Maintain soccer equipment inventories and purchase new equipment as needed. Plan soccer education programs to promote development of NMI soccer national team players’ physical abilities and related skills. Organize and conduct soccer leagues, tournaments, competitions and festivals. Other related duties as requested by the Northern Mariana Islands Football Association General Secretary in the development and growth of soccer in the NMI.
